2025 LP Shiraz

Death Of A Classic LP (Light Press) Shiraz is a stunning red, for stunning weather.

Our small batch Shiraz had 12 hours skin contact before being gently pressed off over Gamay pomace, wild fermenting in an open fermenter, then transferred to neutral French Oak barrels for 12 months maturation.

The result is a light, juicy red wine designed to be drunk young, fresh and slightly chilled.

Honestly, drink it however you want... but not hot...

                                    hot is bad....
