When it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, and when it came to this Chardonnay, she’s far, far from broke.
Perfectly ripe Chardonnay that has been picked, pressed, and transferred into a seasoned French Oak barrel for fermentation, a partial malolactic fermentation and matured on lees for 13 months.
This Chardonnay remains delicate and fresh, but has a layer of depth and texture through the use of batonnage.
A wine that was given time and patience to let the fruit speak for itself
